The first landing
A footprint in Fiji’s story
According to Fijian legend, the first Melanesian voyagers landed here at Vuda Point. Nearby Left Foot Island takes its name from the giant footprint said to mark that ancient arrival.
That sense of welcome has stayed with this coast. First Landing opened its beachfront table in 1995, growing into a relaxed resort of bures, villas, gardens and gathering places.
Today, our team shares the same spirit through heartfelt service, local flavours and the simple pleasure of watching the sun fall across Nadi Bay.
